Jasmine Upshaw, the visionary CEO and Founder of Divine Mobile Phlebotomy Services (DMPS), embarked on her journey in the mobile phlebotomy sector driven by a profound understanding of patient needs, inspired particularly by her own experiences caring for her disabled mother. With a comprehensive background and a wealth of expertise, Jasmine holds certifications and licenses in Medical Assistance, Phlebotomy, LXMO (Limited X-ray Machine Operator), and EKG operations.

With over 15 years of invaluable experience spanning hospitals, nursing homes, and doctors' offices, Jasmine observed firsthand the challenges faced by many patients. Recognizing barriers such as time constraints, transportation limitations, and motor skill impairments, she identified a pressing need for innovative solutions in healthcare access.

In 2021, fueled by her passion for improving patient care and accessibility, Jasmine launched Divine Mobile Phlebotomy Services.
